Our vision is to empower any currency to move freely, instantaneously, and securely between users and across borders, without the hindrance of banking services.

With the EdenMoney® aims to “power-up the play button” for the esports and video gaming community.

Regulated in the Isle of Man

EdenMoney® is a trademark of Edencharge Ltd, an Isle of Man company that will shortly announce it has been granted a Financial Services license by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority. This allows EdenMoney® to operate as a Money Transmission Service and an e-money issuer.

Paul Templeman

Co-Founder and CEO

Responsible for the second e-money license in the EU, which allowed a fledgling money transfer company to compete directly with the banks. As CEO of Neteller UK Paul took the company to an AIM listing. Neteller, now branded Paysafe was recently taken private for almost £3 billion.

Former CEO of PSI-Pay, which he guided through e-money regulation and subsequently to become the first non-bank to be granted full membership of MasterCard, allowing PSI-Pay to issue its own debit cards.

John Daw

Co-Founder and CFO

Qualified chartered Accountant and previous CFO then CEO of an FCA regulated electronic money business.
CFO and co-founder of two other regulated companies in the fintech space, and responsible for successfully applying for three other e-money licenses from the UK banking regulator, the FCA.

Andy Scott

Co-Founder and CSO

Former Chief Risk Officer of FSA regulated Neteller UK, AIM listed financial services business that later became Paysafe Group valued at £2.96 billion.

Andy led the development of an algorithm based, patented online Identity Verification System across hundreds of jurisdictions.

Later Chief Executive Officer of Isle of Man regulated global sportsbook 118 Bet, the official sponsor of 6 English Premier League football clubs, and 2 Premiership Rugby clubs.

Justin Martin

COO

Justin oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of EdenMoney, working with our various internal departments to ensure that our growing team works to achieve our collective business goals. Whilst his focus is principally internal, Justin also manages the ongoing relationships with our key partners and vendors.

Justin has worked within the card payment industry for the last 10 years, serving on the main boards of Alternative Payments Ltd, a staged digital wallet operator registered with MasterCard and WalPay Ltd, a former Isle of Man licensed eMoney provider. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Law from Plymouth University and a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment from Exeter University. He is also a Certified Professional with the Digital Currency Council.

Azmal Khan

UX Lead

Azmal has been a leader in the design and implementation of fintech websites for almost 20 years, and has worked with clients such as Direct Line, Sky and Unilever.

He has been instrumental in delivering several technological web-based products from international payment systems providers (www.thebusinessphone.com), eWallets (www.ecopayz.com), international money transfer products (www.mctworldonline.com) to international calling and messaging apps (www.globalcall247.com)

He lectures on IT and Digital Technology for UK Government approved qualifications.

Grant Cairney

Head of Compliance

Grant is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, and oversight EdenMoney’s regulatory, anti-money laundering, and Data Protection compliance programme; working with our various internal departments to ensure the company operates in accordance with the regulatory requirements and industry best practice.

Grant has previously worked within the international Private Banking, Life Assurance, and Stockbroking sectors, before 5 years as the Compliance Manager of a leading, island based, TCSP, where he held the position of Head of Compliance and DMLRO.

Grant is a Member of the International Compliance Association.

Isle of Man

The Isle of Man is a self-governing UK Crown Dependency and has strong ties to the UK.
